Registration Closed - Update on New Lien for Surveyors Webinar

Join Nathan DeLong of DeLong Law as he presents on the new law that Ohio recently adopted authorizing surveyors to file a lien against real property to get paid for services rendered. This webinar will cover the new lien rights and t he steps necessary to secure payment.

Nathan DeLong, DeLong Law - Nathan has been practicing as a licensed attorney since 2014. Originally a resident of Circleville, Ohio, Nathan moved to Columbus in 2007 to attend college at Capital University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership and Management. Nathan subsequently earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School where he graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Barristers. Prior to moving to Cleveland, Nathan served as Director of Legal and Legislative Services for the Ohio Dental Association. After moving to Cleveland, Nathan opened his own private practice in Avon Lake and offers a broad range of legal services related to administrative law and regulatory compliance.
