Askega Chapter, PLSO meeting, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, Ohio, 6 pm to 8 pm.

Speaker:   William Loetz P.S.                             Two Hour PDH

William Loetz P.S. will start the presentation on subject conflict with boundary land surveys. Google: “A surefire way to resolve land boundary disputes is buy having a professional land surveyor take an accurate measurement of your property lines. If you do end up in a legal battle with your neighbor, you can easily present a survey certificate from a professional land surveyor.”

Different ways in solving conflicts. 1.) be professional 2.) research and documents 3.) thorough field survey 5.) complete plat and description. 6.) utilities and easements.

And how property surveys can have dramatic effect on the value of a piece of real estate.

After the presentation Scott Smith P.S. will Supervise an “Open Discussion Forum” for the questions and answers.
