Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Survey Department Assistant Manager. Working out of one of Dynotec' s existing Ohio offices, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the survey department, including managing survey projects, working with office and field personnel, report and exhibit preparation, and daily QA/QC. They will also assist the Survey Department Manager in resource allocation, and budgeting. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with other departments and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
* Knowledge of relevant surveying regulations and standards.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* UAV license is a plus.
* Experience with 3D scanning software is a plus.
* Experience utilizing Open Roads Designer is a plus.
* Professional Survey license is required.
